A set of 8 triangles that are about 1.75 x 1.75" (4.5 x 4.5 cm) each. These manipulatives are a perfect learning aid for teaching young children to distinguish different triangle types and general mathematics. Includes all 7 Montessori triangles plus a bonus triangle! They would be great for a classroom setting, homeschooling, or tutoring. Each triangle is a different color.

The set includes 3 different right angle triangles and 2 non-right angle scalene triangles. All right angle triangles include the traditional small square on the right angle.
The triangles fit comfortably in hand and have a pleasant weight. They are laser cut from high quality 1/8" (3 mm) thick acrylic. Acrylic is a type of plastic and has a very smooth feel. We did not blunt the edges of any shapes.
Some colors are opaque and some are slightly translucent (a small amount of light may pass through, but you will not be able to distinguish any features of an object held behind the translucent colors).
