Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must then be shipped within 30 days of your receipt. If either of these deadlines are not met, we may not accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (contact us if damaged by the carrier in shipping for a different refund policy). Item must be in the original packaging.

Custom items may not be refunded. Please contact us to work out an acceptable solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days, depending on your bank's or other payment method's policies.

Refund or Exchange Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the postal service will not lose/damage shipped items.
