Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the United States. We support shipping to most countries the US maintains diplomatic relations with and often ship to countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, etc. We are happy to ship to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and similar US addresses without any additional fees. If you have questions about a unique shipping situation, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

When an item in the store lists a processing time, this is separate from shipping time. Processing time is how long it will take us to prepare your order before it ships.

Sales Tax, VAT, and Customs Fees

We are required to charge Idaho Sales Tax on any order in which the billing address is from within Idaho.

If shipping outside of the United States, your government or postal service may charge you additional taxes and custom fees, including VAT taxes. We are not able to collect these fees at the time of sale and remit them for you, as they are a tax from your government. Please research your country's policies on importing goods from the United States before ordering.

We will not mark purchased items as gifts on customs forms, even if you are gifting the item to someone after receiving goods from us. Even though you may be purchasing these items as a gift for someone, we are not gifting the item to you, the buyer. Please understand we wish to maintain an above board relationship with the governments involved in shipping our products and we're unable to falsify customs forms.

Items Damaged or Lost in the Mail

If your order is damaged or lost in the mail, contact us as soon as possible. We will work restitution for the damage with the postal service and replace the missing or damaged part(s) of you order. 

Occasionally items are delivered to the wrong address or other abnormal problems arise when shipping. Contact us and we will work best we can with your unique circumstances.

Carrier & Tracking Information

Unless shipping is marked as free in the shop, we will provide a tracking number via email when your item(s) ship. 

Unless otherwise specified, we ship all products through the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

We are willing to ship through other carriers (such as UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) as required by a customer. However, this may cause an additional delay in processing time and additional costs based on the situation.
