Shipping Information


I accept Paypal and personal checks as payment. Items will only be shipped on receipt of completed payment. For both e-checks sent through Paypal and personal checks sent via postal mail, this time can be 3-5 days after receipt of the check. Please plan accordingly.

I charge Idaho state sales tax at a rate of 6% to all buyers based in the state of Idaho.

Transactions may be cancelled up to the time an item is shipped.


Items will be shipped first class mail unless we make other arrangements. Time required before shipping may be up to three weeks on some made-to-order, custom, or out of stock items. You will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase letting you know when I expect to ship your products to you.

Items will be shipped to the address collected during checkout UNLESS you specify otherwise. This protects us both through Paypal's buyer protection policies. Please understand that if this address is input incorrectly, your items may get shipped to the wrong place!

Delivery confirmation and tracking is included in most orders. Domestic orders over $300 will include insurance coverage from USPS as part of your purchase price.

Shipping charges will vary from the stated rate if you choose another shipping method (Priority mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) or request insurance for purchases less than $300.

International shipping is welcome and available! If your country isn't listed, or the price seems outrageous, message me and I'll find out an accurate shipping price straight away.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned for a refund, no questions asked, within 30 days after the product is delivered. Delivery date is based on the tracking information provided by the shipping provider (in our case, either USPS or DHL). The item's cost plus the shipping cost you paid will be refunded to you in full upon receipt of the product at Epicycle Designs in a resellable condition. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Exchanges are also available for the cost of one-way shipping, should you or a recipient prefer a different product from our store. Exchanges may be performed up to 60 days after original date of delivery. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you, as expediently as possible. Please email me ( with details of the damage and a photo of the damage.
